Terms and Condition

1. Product / Description / Display

• Goods once sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• All prices listed are not inclusive of postage charges.
• Clurve has made very precaution to provide accurate measurements but cannot guarantee that the measurements will fit you exactly.
• Products in photos may not be 100% identical. Color visuals of items might be different due to your monitor display settings or lighting conditions when the photos were taken.

2. Payments

• We only accept local bank (DBS) transfer.
• Our Bank account number and information regards to fund transfer will be provided to you when we send you your "Order Confirmation".
• 100% Full Payment MUST be made for your purhcase otherwise Order unable to process.
• Important: We reserve the right to cancel any orders made if we did not receive payment after 24hrs but if needed more time to make fund transfer, kindly inform us.
• No cancellations of orders will be allowed after payment has been made.
• Please note that we deal on "first come first serve" basis, We will refund the full amount if payment have been made on an out-of-stock item.
• Inter-bank transfers made from banks other then POSB and DBS may take up to 3 days for transfer to be completed.

3. Delivery

• Items purchased will be mailed out within 24hrs.
• Your goods will be sent through local mail provider, Singapore Post.
• We regret to say that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
• We take extra care in packing your goods in proper delivery packages.
• Therefore, Clurve will not be responsible for any lost or damaged goods upon delivery. Thus we encourage customers to choose registered mail.

4. Privacy

• Personal information filled up on order forms are only use for internal transactional purposes only.
• Clurve will not give any of your personal information to any third party without your expressed approval.
• However, Clurve can disclose any information about you to law enforcement agencies, or government officials, as Clurve, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to investigate or resolve possible problems or inquiries, or as otherwise required by law.
• We reserve the right to amend the delivery charges/price without informing the customers in advance. However if customer had made the orders before the price amendment will continue to purchase with the delivery charges / price stated previously.
